As the Founder and CEO of Loretta Stagnitto Leadership Associates, she specializes in executive coaching, high-performance team development, and workplace mental health.
A Career Rooted in Leadership & Innovation
Before becoming an executive coach, Loretta spent 20+ years leading public relations, marketing communications, and customer acquisition for Silicon Valley startups, turnaround companies, and Fortune 500 corporations. As a VP of Marketing during the early internet boom, she spearheaded multi-million-dollar brand campaigns that revolutionized industries—including object-oriented software development, voice-over-internet (VOIP), and online photo sharing.
Her leadership experience includes roles at:
• PhotoPoint.com, Multitude.com, FireTalk.com – Early internet pioneers
• Taligent (IBM & Apple JV) – Developed one of the first object-oriented operating systems
• Digital Research – Creator of the first computer graphical user interface
• Activision – Led corporate communications and investor relations for the gaming giant
This deep understanding of corporate structures, growth challenges, and leadership dynamics informs her coaching approach today.

Loretta is a certified professional coach (Corporate Coach U) and has completed extensive leadership training at the Institute for Generative Leadership. She is accredited by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists, and Mentors (IACTM) and certified in multiple psychometric tools and behavioral assessments.

Advocacy & Personal Life
A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Loretta serves as a Guide for CHIEF, the largest network of senior women executives, and previously sat on the leadership council of Rise Up, a global nonprofit supporting gender equality.
Outside of coaching, Loretta enjoys biking, rowing, Pilates, silent walking, philanthropy, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have raised two amazing adult children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
