Loretta Stagnitto, CCUCG

Founder, CEO and Executive Leadership Coach

Loretta specializes in executive, leadership, and high-performance team development, as well as workplace mental health and wellness coaching. She founded Loretta Stagnitto Leadership Associates in 2004 as a high-touch, executive coaching and leadership development firm to serve business professionals at all leadership levels who want to actively engage in their own professional development, as well as grow their staff and teams. Today, LSLA provides both traditional and on-line leadership coaching programs based on its trademarked “I Know System” and the Assess. Act. Achieve. coaching methodology.

Loretta’s approaches to delivering customized executive, leadership and team-development coaching programs enable leaders and teams to re-assess and recognize their strengths, vulnerabilities and capacity for change, allowing them, in turn, to create additional value for their organizations.

She helps build a new awareness of how to more effectively inspire, operate, and inter-relate in organizations.  From assessment and aspiration to action and achievement, Loretta’s clients build stronger relationships and drive changes that create better business outcomes for their people and organizations.

Loretta has worked with hundreds of leaders who are in and on-their-way to the C-suite, serving first and foremost as a trusted advisor to provide objective and knowledgeable feedback and new ways of working. Challenges and opportunities faced by her clients include transitioning from one level of leadership scope to another; leading in dynamic, highly matrix, and culturally ingrained vs engrained structures; influencing without authority; prioritizing workloads and customer/employee satisfaction in under-resourced environments; dealing with difficult people; building high-performing teams; and inspiring and leading transformational change.

  • As an outcome of the 2020 pandemic, Loretta has developed an expertise in the causes and remedies for anxiety and burnout in the workplace and helps leaders develop strategies and programs for building resilience. She is also certified in Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Having worked extensively in the healthcare, technology, finance, higher-education philanthropy, and bio-tech industries, Loretta has delivered leadership and wellness coaching to professionals and teams in large corporate and start-up environments alike.

What We Believe

Loretta’s coaching philosophy is simple.

All great leaders and teams “Know Themselves.” They are highly aware of their talents, skills, and what they don’t do so well. They act on what they know. And they have an ongoing drive to learn, to change, to challenge, and to achieve.

By applying The “I Know” System™, leaders who work with Loretta Stagnitto Leadership Associates develop effective interpersonal and communications skills. They recognize and engage in purposeful behaviors and effective management practices. They identify and learn new competencies. They coach and develop others. And they create positive organizations and team dynamics that produce high value.
