Lumina Learning Tool Suite

Lumina Spark provides highly interactive and fun experiences where participants explore their communication-style and behaviors using a psychometric profile tool called a Lumina Portrait. Spark provides a color framework for better self-understanding, and for improving working relationships with others. We use Lumina Spark as a discovery tool for individuals during the Assess phase, and as the center of an engaging workshop for team development during the Act phase.

Every individual within a team has an identity yet the group, as a whole, often takes on a certain personality of its own. Lumina Team investigates the team’s perspective on itself as individuals within a team structure, what character they believe their team possesses and how other people view their team – developing greater team awareness and understanding. The Lumina Team profile shows exactly where one fits in a team and which traits most make up the team profile. In a snapshot, the distribution of personality preferences can be seen, as well as the strong traits and characteristics within a group and its potential blind spots. Patterns start to emerge revealing both potential strengths and development opportunities within the team.

Lumina Leader and 360 equips individuals with tools to aid in leading others by understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their own leadership, as well as the leadership abilities of staff, teammates, and others within an organization or team. We use Lumina Leader as a self-discovery tool to assess leadership traits, as a 360 tool to provide valuable feedback to leaders, and in an interactive and informative workshop that helps groups of individuals and teams learn and enhance leadership skills.
