Here we are at the end of January and if you are a New Year’s Resolution Setter, I’m curious how you would assess your progress this first month. Research shows that 80% of these resolutions fail by the second week of February, and most people start losing steam right about… well, now.
Here’s what I notice. People who are still going strong aren’t necessarily more disciplined. They’re just asking themselves better questions. They are reflecting, not resolving.
