Team Know-How ™ : To both lead and perform on an effective team requires a consistent understanding of the value each team member provides as well as strong practices for setting standards, tracking progress, managing accountability, affecting organizational change, and creating effective action. The Team Know-How ™ approach can be used to enhance the performance of teams in as little as one day, or over a full 6-12 months.
